MAC OSX: Can not open my ‘Downloads’ folder. Finder Crashes.

Can not open my ‘Downloads’ folder. Every attempt to open it crashes Finder and restores a new finder window. However I have no problems with other folders.

Open Terminal, located in the Applications > Utilities folder.

Type the Below Commands:

$ cd Downloads

$ rm -f .DS_Store
