Every time I Visit  Indian Embassy, I take the below things with me.

1. Passport with six month validity
2. Old Passport (Do not miss it anyhow, if you do not have it with you, they will send you back)
3. Application Fee (You can deposit it from UCash Agent Near the Embassy)
4. Application Form / e-form (If you are Married but your passport is registered with Single, make sure you fill the application form with Status Married.)
5. National ID Card Photocopy
6. Utility Bill (Electricity Bill / Gas Bill / Water Bill / Mobile Bill / Land Phone Bill) Photocopy – Do not forget to take the Main Copy
7. $200 Endorsement in the Passport (If you are first time applying for indian visa)
8. Trade License (if you do business)
9. Account Statement / Credit Card Endorsement
10. Account Certificate
11. Trade License / Office NOC Letter in Office Pad
12. Passport Photocopy
13. Visiting Card
14. 2X2 Size Photo
15. Personal Tax Certificate
16. BASIS Membership Certificate / LC  Paper / ARC Paper

For Business Visa, you will have to have Invitation Letter from any of Indian Friends / Company.
I have taken BASIS Certificate also that suggest to give VISA to BASIS Member. BASIS & Indian Embassy of Bangladesh made an agreement to give Business Visa easily for IT Business Holders.

Do not take any bag as Bag is not allowed.
Take your mobile with the sim that message of etoken. make sure that SIM is in SIM 1.
First Call for Business Visa is at 8:45 AM thought they say that it is 9:00 AM
For Medical Visa, do not go to Uttara IVAC, go to Gulsha IVAC Center.
Application Fee is 600 taka.
